This is the current Tri-ang Minic Ships range of 1:1200 scale harbour accessory models.

The M 836 Quay Straights, M 837 Crane Units, M 838 Storage Tanks, M 839 Customs Sheds, M 840 Warehouses, Breakwater components and Tanker Wharf Set are exact replicas which are completely interchangeable with the original 1960's series models.

The harbour accessory models have a unique and innovative design of interlocking rings, pins, locating lugs and locating holes which allow them to be accurately aligned and locked together to construct a stable harbour layout.

All the models are of robust diecast metal construction, with plastic accessories, and have a baked painted finish with highlights and markings as appropriate.

The metal is a durable non-toxic Zinc and Aluminium alloy, known as Mazak, while the finish and markings are non-toxic paint. All of the products have undergone the required UK and EEC testing as toys and are certified to carry the mark.
