This is the Tri-ang Minic Ships model of the whaling factory ship TSS Vikingen and her whale catchers, named Vikingen I to Vikingen V, which were built for the Rasmussen Group of companies by Swan, Hunter and Wigham Richardson in 1929 / 1930.
